Artist's Comments

This test comic is more about interaction between characters than the last one.

I haven't bothered to colour it yet, but I might have a go soon.

In this comic Oskar and Poncipus Maximus discus how to deal with 'the other tenth' (Harpo from this image: [link]). The character Bingley ( The character with the glowing green tubes in this picture here: [link]) is refeenced also.
Again this is a scene that doesn't actually apear in the comic although (unlike the imaginary battle in the last one) it does follow events in the comic.

Hopefully the backgrounds are a bit less rough this time.

If I've learnt anything from this picture, it's that the text really doesn't need to be that big.

Once again critique is encouraged.

That's pretty good!

Never saw those pieces you linked to. The massive thing is really good!

Nice work.

This is a signature. 90% of people on dA don't read signatures. If you're one of those 90%, then putting this in your signature identifies you as a hypocrite. The remaining 10% of people are fictional.

I beat *MLeth!
Nice job. I like the way Oskar looks particularly. Reminds me a little of Baron Von Spatular for no good reason.

Around 300 deviations over 9 or more sections. I like to keep myself busy.

Must be the giant flower growing out of the back of his head.

Or the moustache.

Give a man a fish and he'll be happy for a day.

Hit a man with a brick and you can have all his fish... and his wife.
I thought it was the monocle at first, but then I looked at a picture of BvS and realised he didn't have one...

Odd, that.

I wasn't aware it was possible to draw an implied monocle, but it would seem I've managed it.

Yet another addition to your considerable pile of "firsts"

I'm quite late to the party, seeing as I let 800+ deviations pile up.

I really feel that the lineart is too thick. In some places it's even thicker than the panel lines.
It just confuses my eyes.

Sant'a got mo' funkk. :santa:
Though I guess that if you're going to color this eventually, it won't be as noticeable, but still...
